There are two ways to access your Email:

1) Web Email, which is accessed through your Internet browser, such as     Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox

2) Email client (such as Outlook or Outlook Express)

Access Your Email Anywhere & Anytime through your Internet Browser

WestcomBB Mail:  If your email account is in the format of name@westcombb.com (where 'name' is your email alias), go to http://email.westcombb.com   This is a sophisticated Web Email system.  Here, you can manage contacts, maintain appointments through a calendar, read and create messages, manage SPAM and filtering and MUCH more.

WestcomBroadband Mail: If your email account is in the format of name@westcombroadband.com (where 'name' is your email alias), go to http://email.westcombroadband.com/   This is a sophisticated Web Email system.  Here, you can manage contacts, maintain appointments through a calendar, read and create messages, manage SPAM and filtering and MUCH more.

City of Buckley Mail: If your email account is in the format of name@cityofbuckley.com (where 'name' is your email alias), go to http://65.183.202.238:8100.   You can read and create messages, manage your account, change your password and more.

Accessing Your Email with an Email Client (Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express)

If your email account is in the format of name@westcombb.com or name@westcombroadband.com (where 'name' is your email alias), follow these instructions:

Change your Email Password

When your email account is setup initially, your temporary password is "westcom".  It is highly recommended that you change this as soon as possible to a unique password you will remember.  Be sure to write down your new password and keep it in a safe place for future reference.

If your email account is in the format of name@westcombb.com or name@westcombroadband.com (where 'name' is your email alias), follow these instructions:

To change your password, first log onto Web Email click here.  Enter your email alias and your old password.  Once logged on, select SETTINGS from the menu, then select PERSONAL SETTINGS, then select the PASSWORD tab.  Follow directions to reset your password and select OK.
